WELCOME ASHORE TIDEFRAME / PREDICTIONS & PERPETUALS

Every view has
its own horizon.

Some views are about what happens. Others are about where price goes. Tideframe gives both a place to take shape—with the context to understand a market and the controls to make your own decision.

Predictions ↗Perpetuals ↗
YOUR VIEW 01 / AN OUTCOMEWhat happens?A question. A deadline. A result. 02 / A DIRECTIONWhere does price go?A position that moves with the market.
TWO DIFFERENT QUESTIONSONE CONSIDERED WORKSPACE

the view you hold.

Start with the question you want to answer. Explore either market before connecting a wallet.

Trade a direction.

Read live crypto prices and the order book. Choose a long or short position, then define your size, margin and leverage.

↳ Different instruments, different risks. A market view can be wrong; an outcome can settle at zero and a leveraged position can be liquidated.

02 / THE STORY BEHIND TWO MARKETS

The same headline.
Two different questions.

You read about an upcoming Ethereum upgrade. You might have a view on whether a milestone will happen by a deadline. You might also have a view on how ETH’s price will move.

Being right about an event is not the same as being right about its price.

That distinction is why Tideframe gives each instrument its own space. Start with your question, then choose how to express it.

An illustrative scenario to explain the instruments, not a listed market or a trade recommendation.

03 / YOUR FIRST SESSION

Look first.
Decide with context.

A useful workspace helps you understand the decision before asking you to make it.

  1. 01

    Follow a question.

Browse events or crypto markets without connecting. Search, compare and save a prediction to revisit in this browser.

    Browse the questions ↗
  2. 02

    Read beneath the price.

Check resolution rules for an outcome. For a perpetual, examine the chart, book, funding and the exposure you intend to take.

    Read the field guide ↗
  3. 03

    Review your next move.

Connect when ready, review the order and sign in your wallet. Return to My account to inspect positions and open orders.

04 / KNOW YOUR HARBOR

One clear view.
Two separate balances.

See both sides of your activity in one place. Prediction collateral and perpetual margin stay in their separate trading accounts. Tideframe does not move money between them.

Two protocols. Separate balances. One clear view.

FIELD GUIDE

Know what you’re trading.

Same question. Two different instruments.
Choose the one that matches your view.

01 / PREDICTIONS

Choose an outcome.

Buy or sell outcome shares from the prediction market screen. A share settles according to that market’s published resolution rules. Its price can change before settlement.

  1. Read the full question, deadline and resolution source.
  2. Select an outcome and inspect its order book.
  3. Enter a limit price and a number of shares.
  4. Authenticate your prediction account, review and sign.
  5. Check open orders and positions; an accepted order is not necessarily filled.

Prediction collateral is pUSD. Your wallet’s gas currency and perpetual margin in USDC are separate assets.

Prediction rules & settlement ↗
02 / PERPETUALS

Take a price position.

A perpetual has no fixed expiry. Go long or short using isolated margin. Funding and trading fees affect your result.

  1. Select a market and read the current mark price and book.
  2. Choose a market or limit order, its notional and leverage.
  3. Review initial margin, rounded size, and slippage.
  4. Sign the isolated leverage setting, then the order.
  5. Manage fills, open orders and positions in My account.

For an asset with an existing position or open order, manage that exposure first. Tideframe does not silently change its leverage.

Perpetual margin & settlement ↗
Where are my funds?

Prediction collateral and perpetual margin remain in separate protocol accounts. Tideframe does not pool them, bridge automatically, or hold your private keys. My account shows the two balances separately. Account and execution details ↗

Does connecting a wallet make a trade?

No. Connecting reads your wallet address. Prediction account authentication is a separate step. Every order has a review and a wallet signing step. Never share a seed phrase or private key.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Open My account and select Fund / withdraw for the balance you want to manage. Review the service, destination, network and asset shown before continuing. Tideframe never supplies a shared deposit address.

Which prices do I see?

Prediction quotes follow the live order-book feed, with an automatic snapshot check every 20 seconds. An open outcome book refreshes every 5 seconds. Perpetual markets refresh every 15 seconds. Connection status and check times are shown; an unchanged price does not mean the feed has stopped. Data and execution details ↗

What can I lose?

An outcome you buy can settle worthless. Leveraged perpetual positions can be liquidated. Fees, funding, liquidity and smart-contract failures add risk. Review protocol terms and eligibility before using either service.

Why can trading be unavailable?

Protocol eligibility, geographic restrictions, missing approvals, insufficient balance or unavailable data can stop an order. Tideframe does not route orders through a server to bypass restrictions. Use My account to check authentication, funding and required approvals.
